Im looking to purchase the RetraxPRO XR tonneau covers and I need to know the spacing between the RetraxPRO XR T-Rails to see if my current Yakima Jetstream bars will span the truck bed width.

The channels of the RetraxPRO XR Tonneau # RTT-80373 are going to sit centered above your bed rails basically. So you'll need to measure from bed rail center to bed rail center and then compare that to your Jetstream bars to see if they'd fit.
