How Does The UWS Standard Chest Stand Up To The Elements

Question:

It states great for shop or garage storage. I need it for outside storage in my cargo rack behind my class B RV. I will be living full time in the elements , Will this stand up to sun, rain etc...

The UWS Chest part # UWS01022 is designed to be used in a cargo carrier outside in the elements. The extra-thick aluminum construction is rust resistant. UWS builds their boxes from sheets of 0.058" thick aluminum. Then they weld the seams for moisture and rain protection. You will also not see very much fading or sun damage with the aluminum material.

The UWS Chest measures 48" long x 20" wide x 20" deep so as long as your cargo rack is big enough this box will work well for your application.
