Best Low Cost Option to Keep Stored Battery of Charged

Hello, I am looking for a battery tender or trickle charger to keep the 12v battery on my NuCamp T@G fully charged while it is not being use. I plan to plug this into a 110v outlet. It does not have to charge it fast, just keep it full. Which product is good quality without being expensive. Thanks,
