Torque Specs When Re-Assembling Dexter EOH Actuator After Replacing Gaskets
Question:
Do you know the torque to use when re-assembling the brake actuator? I was hoping this would be provided on the gasket packaging, or in the service manual, but that wasnt the case.

I reached out to my contact at Dexter and he said when re-assembling the electric-over-hydraulic actuator after replacing the Gaskets # K71-688 you will want to torque the hardware down to 45 to 60 inch-pounds. He does recommend checking the torque again after about 15 minutes because the new gaskets will settle into place.
