Can Curt Single Hook Safety Cables # C80176 Be Used with Factory Gooseneck Loops on 2016 Ram 3500

Question:

I own a 2016 RAM 3500 with factory gooseneck tow pkg... will these hooks slip over and lock on the cast iron inserts that mount in the box?

The cast iron safety chain loops on the bed of your 2016 Ram 3500 should measure about a 1/2 inch x 1 inch. If this is the case then the Curt Single Hook Coiled Safety Cables # C80176 will work perfectly. The S-hook features a 7/8 inch opening and there is enough length for the keeper latch to fully engage when hooked up to the loops.
