For starters, the TorkLift Cannon Hitch Extension part # TLE1636 that you referenced is only designed for a 2016+ Ford Super Duty with the 3" receiver tube. According to my research, the 2015 Ford Super Duty only comes with a 2-1/2" receiver tube so it does not appear that the TorkLift Cannon Hitch Extension will work for you. Instead, you would want to consider the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer part # C45048 which measures 34" from hitch pin to hitch pin and has a 6,000 lb weight capacity (with weight distribution).

If you need a longer extension or greater weight capacity your only option is to use the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension for SuperHitch Trailer Hitch Receivers part # TLE1536 which measures 36" long (hitch pin to hitch pin) or part # TLE1542 which measures 42" long (hitch pin to hitch pin). These extensions can both handle up to 12,000 lbs (with weight distribution). However, in order to use them you will also need to install the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver part # TLF1002-30. This will be your best option by far and is a must for towing with an in-bed camper installed.

In regards to how much extension you need, I think the 34"/36" option will work if you only have 30" of overhang.
