It looks like you have the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1108 installed on your 2008 Ford F-250. If this is the case then I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2550 because of their double-convoluted construction that provides maximum support and durability. The springs have a 5,000 pound load-leveling capacity and the adjustable air pressure (5 psi to 100 psi) allows you to maintain a comfortable ride whether you're hauling a heavy load or riding empty.
The existing brackets for your gooseneck hitch should attach to the outside of the frame rails and there is a large hole located right around the center of the them. The brackets for the Firestone Air Helper Springs will actually use this hole to mount on the opposite side of the frame (they mount to the inside of the rails but the bolt will go all the way through to the outside of the rails and through this hole). This means both systems will work great and there won't be any interference between the two.
I have attached an installation video for the air springs that you can check out as well.
