Sounds like you might be replacing the fender of your Roadmaster tow dolly which has the lighting and wiring integrated into it. The replacement fenders for the Roadmaster dollies like the part # RM-921003 use a standard 4-way trailer wiring connector to connect to the rest of the wiring of the dolly. In the picture I attached you can see the 4-way.
