Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power Converter to Replace Magnetek 7255
Question:
I purchased a PD4560K18LS8 AC/DC Power Distribution Panel from your company. After receiving it I didnt realize that this units AC Input rating: 240v AC at 50amps. My questions is can I still use this unit if my current is 120V AC, do I need to exchange this unit for a correct unit? I choose this unit because my old converter stated it was 55amps Magnetek Model# 7255. Everything was seperated in my Rv, so I wanted to install 1 AC/DC Power Distribution Center. Thank You

The Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series Inteli-Power Converter # PD4560K18LS8 is not a suitable drop-in replacement for the Magnetek 7255 according to my contact there but they do offer a unit that is. The best option to replace the Magnetek 7255 according to Progressive Dynamics is their Inteli-Power RV Converter # PD9260C which will allow you to keep your existing breaker panel.
