Determining if Draw-Tite Front Mount Hitch Will Work with Grille Guard on 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500

i have a grille guard on my truck, will this instal lwithout any modifications to grille guard????

It's possible that the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65052 will fit with the grille guard already on your 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 but it will depend on exactly what type of guard you have and how it mounts to the truck.

The Draw-Tite Front Hitch will install on the bottoms of the frame rails and its 2 inch receiver will sit right under the front bumper. If your grille guard mounts to the inside the frame rails and doesn't extend below the front bumper then the two components should be compatible with each other. If you can tell me what model grille guard you have I will be happy to take a closer look at how it installs to try and verify this.

I have also attached the complete written install instructions below for the Draw-Tite hitch so you can see exactly how it installs. You can then compare this to the mounting locations for your existing grille guard.
