Your Northwoods Desert Fox 24AS toy hauler has an exterior length of 30-feet 2-inches so instead of the Adco Tyvek All-Climate cover # 290-34874 I suggest a larger cover made to fit slightly longer trailers. Adco Travel Trailer Cover # 290-74845 will be easier to install since it is made to fit trailers up to 31-1/2-feet in length. This extra material will give you some slack to make it much easier to get the cover on and the included cinch ropes and weighted straps will prevent billowing from wind. The cover's 4-layer UV-resistant material will protect your new trailer from dirt, dust and fadng from sun exposure.

I strongly recommend adding tire protection covers too. For the ST235/80R16 tires on your tandem axles I suggest the Adco Tyre Savers # 290-3962 4-piece set which matches the RV cover. The linked video will show you more. These covers will provide a comfortable fit on your 31-inch tires.
