Bike Rack Recommendation for 2 Adult and 2 Kids' Bikes With No Adapter Required

Question:

I checked out some of the hitch bike racks I asked and some of them seemed doesnt fit kids bike. I want to see if theres a bike rack that can fit kids bike without any attachment to buy. I need a bike rack too that can fit 4 bikes. I have 2 kid biked and 2 adult bikes.

There is a great option for a 4-bike rack that can carry both adult and kids' bikes, the Saris Freedom 4 Bike Platform Rack # SA4414B. The reason this will work with the larger wheelbases of adult bikes and smaller wheelbases of kids' bikes is that it has wheel trays which slide independently. I added a photo showing one of the wheel trays up close for you.

This rack also has cradles which adjust independently along its mast to hold bikes of different sizes, another reason it is perfect for both adult and kids' bikes.

The Freedom has a rise in its shank, helping it avoid contact with the ground on things like steep driveways, and has a threaded anti-rattle bolt to keep the bike rack stable in your hitch. It is highly durable as well, as evidenced by the fact it comes with a lifetime warranty, meaning it can be the last bike rack you'll ever need.

It is a fit for 2" trailer hitches and has a weight capacity of 190 lbs; 60 lbs per bike on the trays closest to your vehicle and 35 lbs per bike on the trays furthest from the car. To secure the rack to your hitch and help protect your investment I recommend adding the Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Saris Bike Racks # SA3022; you can also add a cable lock to protect your bikes while they are on the rack by adding the Saris Cable Lock # SA981.

I have added a link to a couple video reviews of the Saris Freedom 4 Bike Platform Rack # SA4414B for you to take a look at as well.
