Can Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack be Used at Rear of Motorhome and RAV4

I want to use it on both my 2011 Rav4 and a 24foot Motorhome. is this strong enough to go one the back of my Motorhome?

Yes, the Thule Hitching Post Pro part # TH934XTR that you referenced is strong enough to be used at the rear of a motorhome where the ride quality is rougher. It will also fit well in the hitch of a 2011 Toyota RAV4 too so this would work great for you in both scenarios. I attached a review video for this rack for you to check out as well.
If you plan on carrying any womens or alternative framed bikes without horizontal top tubes you may also be interested in purchasing a Kuat Bike Frame Adapter Bar # UB01 to provide a horizontal top tube on your bikes to provide an attachment point. I attached a review video for this product also. This will allow the bikes to be carried more level and will provide more ground clearance.
