Will the Reese Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, # RP58079 Fit In Place of a 20K Reese Hitch

I have a 20k reese, had both goose neck and tower parts to change on/off rails. lost the goose neck 20k, will the 25k reese goose neck fit in the same rails as the 20k that I currently have?

The Reese Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, # RP58079, is designed to fit in Reese above the bed rails that a 5th wheel hitch would normally fit in. As long as the mounting slot distance between the rails (where the hitch will attach) is approximately 22 inches, and the side to side distance between the inner most mounting slots is approximately 10 inches on center, it will fit.
I have included a link to the installation details for you. The hitch itself is rated for 25K but if the truck is rated lower you must go by that rating.
