How is Steering Wheel of Vehicle Normally Unlocked to Flat Tow It

What to do to keep steering unlocked?

Expert Reply:
That depends on the vehicle, but most vehicles only require putting the key ignition into the ACC position to unlock the steering wheel so that it can be flat towed. If you check the owners manual of your vehicle this would be covered under the recreational towing section.
