Picking Out Bearings for 2000 Prowler Trailer with 5 Bolt Pattern

What size wheel bearings would a 2000 prowler take with a 5 bolt pattern size 14 tire take

I really wish there was a way to determine what bearings a trailer needed based on the wheel bolt pattern and without actually pulling the wheel off and checking, but there isn't. The only two solution I have for you would be to remove a hub and get the numbers that are stamped on the bearing or for you to remove the hubs and use a digital or dial caliper to measure where the bearings and seal ride (see pic).
