Spare Tire and Wheel for Trailer with Kenda 4.80-12 Bias Tires

Question:

Hi, I was looking for a spare tire for my trailer and I thought I had found the right model here: AM30670.html However, the picture shows a U-12-106M number, whereas my tire is U-12-102m. Does this number matter? I took a picture of my tire to see if that will help identify the right spare. Thanks!

The Kenda Loadstar 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30670 that you referenced will work perfectly as a spare for your trailer. The important info you need when picking out a spare or replacement is the tire size, load range, and bolt pattern on the wheel so you can be sure it will fit your hub.

This bias tire matches the size (4.80-12), Load Range (Load Range C of 990 pounds at 90 psi) and the 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern on your current tire/wheel as pictured. It is also the same K-353 model as your existing tire. The U-number you mentioned does not matter when picking out an appropriate spare or replacement tire and wheel.

I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
