Plus and Minus Buttons on the Hopkins Agility Wont Change the Settings

I assume you have the Hopkins Agility Trailer Brake Controller part # HM47294 and are referring to the trailer gain buttons. If that is the case then there would appear to be an internal issue with the brake controller therefore you will have no other options but to replace this.
