Yes, the B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System # BWMC2301 could be installed in a truck bed but doing so will require modifications to the standard trailer deck installation.
You will need to weld steel plate to the frame under the bed to accept the Biker Bar mounting hardware since the bed material itself is not strong enough to handle the load from the carrier. You will also need to add material on top of the bed to fill in the spaces between the bed's corrugations so that they are not deformed. The Bike Bar's base must make full contact with the mounting surface below it and there must be steel plate secured to the frame to accept the hardware. Chances are that you would also need longer hardware than what is supplied.
