The job boxes on your 2005 Ram 2500 will either need to be removed or if your trailer is tall enough for a level ride above them a 5th wheel hitch with a higher height setting could be used. I've linked the page to all your options to assist.

There is not a conversion available for a 5th wheel trailer or gooseneck trailer to a traditional rear trailer hitch and ball mount as the hitch weight of that size trailer is normally exceeding a rear mounted hitch capacity because the style of trailer is completely different than a bumper pull style. The tongue weight of a 5th wheel pin box is normally 20-25% of the trailer compared to the 10-15% tongue weight of the bumper tow trailers.

If your job boxes are similar in size to the newer Ram Box option, then a Sidewinder may also be an alternative to move the pivot point back 22 inches from the king pin location.
