The hitch ball will be approximately 17 inches off the ground when using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Euro Drawbar # C120912 on your 2013 Ford Fusion Energi. The hitch will be 10-1/2 inches from the ground to the top inside opening and the ball mount will add an additional 6-1/2 inches to the top of the ball.
