I spoke with my contact at Reese regarding the air bag for the 5th Airborne Premium Air Ride King Pin # ST400-5AS16K. He said that while they don't have an official length of time as to how long air will stay pumped into the bag without any significant pressure loss, you certainly shouldn't have to fill/adjust it every day. A good rule to go by is to simply check the air bag before each trip (not each day within the trip but simply before leaving home).
Now with any air-filled component you might want to be a little more conscious of the possibility of air loss if you're going through the mountains with different pressures or if you experience a big environmental temperature drop/rise as you travel. Otherwise the air bag is plenty strong enough to hold a desired pressure through the length of a trip.
