Tongue Weight Ratings of the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS20040C
Question:
I see the towing capacity ratings but was wondering what the tongue weight ratings are for it. Thanks

The tongue weight ratings of the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS20040C are 10% of the towing weights. So for the 2" ball with the 7,500 lb towing weight it is 750 lbs and with the 2-5/16" ball with the 18,000 lb towing weight it is 1,800 lbs.
I do recommend using the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # C23025 with this to discourage someone from running off with it. The ball mount part is actually in a channel so when the shank is locked in your hitch receiver the ball mount part can't be removed.
