Mounting Brackets for 7-Way Wiring Kit 118266  

Question:

I just recently purchased the #118266 plug and harness from etrailer for my 2012 nissan xterra and forgot about the mounting bracket. The page says this one will fit but I want to make sure the PK12711U-26 mounting bracket and hardware will work before i purchase it. Thanks

Yes, Mounting Bracket # PK12711U is a correct match for your 7-way # 118266. The bracket allows direct screw-on installation to the underside of a bumper cover or it can be used in conjunction with clamp-on hitch bracket # C57202 which attaches to your hitch tube with a ring clamp; bracket # PK12711U then attaches to the clamp-on bracket. This parts combination avoids the need to drill into the vehicle to mount the 7-way.
