Can Bully Adjustable Ladder Rack Fit on Utility Trailer that has 4 Feet Wide Bed Rails

Question:

Would this rack fit on a utility trailer like the utility trailer from lowes. Im concerned that it will be too wide. I just cant tell what the base width is on this rack.
