The SuperSprings SuperSway-Stops Anti-Sway System for Air Spring Suspensions are essentially a spacer for the factory overload leaf spring pads on your 2005 Ford F-250. This spacer will then allow the overload leaf spring to engage sooner than they would with the factory overload leaf spring pads. However, if you were to use these with the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs one would most likely cancel the other out. If you were however using SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs like part # SSR-101-40-2 these would not work against the SuperSprings SuperSway-Stops Anti-Sway System.
If you already have the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs then a better option for you is the TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade w Quick-Disconnects part # TLA7311. These are going to help the leaf springs flex less which offers more support before the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs engage. Please note this will more or less take place of the support from the overload spring engagement.
