The gross trailer weight for the Replacement Head and Shank, # RP54980, is going to be 15,000 pounds. When choosing a weight distribution system you will need one that has a tongue weight capacity range than encompasses the trailer tongue weight when loaded and ready to tow plus the weight of anything loaded behind the rear axle of the towing vehicle.
