Recommendation for Platform-Style Bike Rack on 5th Wheel Trailer
Question:
I would like to see this installed on a fifth wheel, since in the description it should work. In the past we have found that the arm connecting the hitch with the rack isnt long enough. Thoughts or pictures?

I do have a great option for you, however the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2 Platform Bike Rack # HR200Z referenced in your question is not approved by the manufacturer to be used at the back of a trailer. This is simply because of the extra movement and bounce that's present at the rear of a trailer compared to that of a standard passenger vehicle. Only certain bike racks are tested and rated to withstand this extra abuse during travel.
For a similar platform rack that's approved for this use I recommend taking a look at the Swagman # S64663 which can either be inserted into a 2 inch hitch receiver like what you have or mounted directly to the bumper if your trailer has a continuously welded 4 to 4-1/2 inch tall bumper.
From the center of the hitch pin hole on the shank to the closest edge of the first wheel hoop there is a distance of 8 inches. You can use this to determine if you will have enough clearance between the rack/bikes and the rear wall of your trailer.
I have attached a video demonstration of this particular rack being used on a trailer that you can check out as well.
