The first thing to check is to make sure that your iRV RV Stereo # 292-101809 is actually getting power. Even if the fuse looks good there may be a problem with the wiring somewhere which is causing the issue you are seeing.

Try taking a circuit tester like part # PTW2992 and testing the yellow power wire that has the 15A fuse on it. Test the wire before the fuse to see if power is getting to the fuse. If there is power to the fuse then test the wire after the fuse. If there is power still present then the connector may be damaged or your stereo unit may need to be replaced but if there isn't power after the fuse then the fuse is bad somehow and needs to be replaced.

If you don't even see power before the fuse then you are going to need to trace that power wire back to it's source and replace any places where it is damaged.

Have you tested to make sure you're getting sufficient power coming to the TV? This is a pretty vague issue so there could be a number of things causing this, including a bad power source, a loose wire connection at the back of the TV, an internal issue, etc.

Our iRV 35 radio in a 2019 Rockwood Windjammer worked great last year, however this spring has severe static. Any suggestions?

I would try looking at the back of the unit to see if the antenna input is still securely attached - this may have come loose at some point.
