I have a 2007 Fleetwood Wilderness Scout Travel Trailer320BS. How do I decide what AC unit I need to replace the existing one? It does have a ducted unit at this time.

The best way to choose the correct replacement air conditioning unit for your 2007 Fleetwood Wilderness Scout Travel Trailer 320KBS is to choose one that has the same Btu rating as the one you have now. The two most common ratings are 13,500 Btu's and 15,000 Btu's. The size of the opening will be standard so you don't really need to worry about this and most will switch over pretty easily in regards to wiring.
The best units we offer are going to be the Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioners, part # AT15032-22 for 13,500 Btu's or part # AT15033-22 for 15,000 Btu's. I know when compared with other brands such as Advent we consistently hear back that the Atwood units blow colder air as well as last longer.
