Replacement Shank Recommendation for Weight Distribution to Fit 2-1/2 inch Shank
Question:
Can you explain what is causing our hitch pins to keep bending when towing our camper. The truck is heavy duty 2015 F-350 so a hitch reducer sleeve is used to connect the truck to camper. Anti-sway hitch is also very hard to connect to truck requiring way to much strength to connect the chains. Does this help shed any light on what is causing the bent pin.

It's most likely due to the hitch adapter you are using since it's not common at all to see hitch pins bend like you mentioned. Best solution for that would be to swap out your current shank to one that is designed to fit the larger hitch size you have of 2-1/2 inches like the Curt part # C17131. This will fit the head of your weight distribution system and allows you to fit your vehicle hitch without using an adapter.
