For your 2018 Ram 3500 Crew Cab Long bed, the king pin of your trailer will be centered on your axle. I have attached a photo of the 5th wheel rails # RP30035 you asked from to assist even though the Companion hitch will be slightly different in installation to give you another reference.
If you do not have the OEM puck system then you will use the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1314-5W and then hitch # BWRVK3500.
If you do have the OEM prep package then you will use # BWRVK3600 which will fit in the 4 factory pucks.
There should be 6 inches of clearance between the top of the bed rails and the bottom of your 5th wheel trailer to allow turning clearance when vehicle isn't level with trailer. I've attached a photo to assist.
