Great question. The Swagman Traveler XCS - Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack for 2" Ball Mount - Towing # S64664 will not be compatible with the Replacement Long and Short Hooks for Swagman G10 or Chinook Platform Bike Racks - Locking # SP428. The shank is a different size and the ratcheting portion are in completely different locations. You can use the Master Lock Covered, Solid Body Padlock - 3/16" Diameter Shackle # 131D to lock your bikes to your Traveler XCS rack.
