Will the 6K E-Z Flex Equalizer K71-652-00 Work on a 7K Axle
Question:
Was interested in some sort of shock absorber 5 5/8 spacing and 7000lb camper. The one that fits is only rated at 6000k. The 8000k has 7 1/2 hole spacing. Any recommendations?thanks.

The weight capacities you see listed for the E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System are more for fit than they are for capacity limitations. Therefore, you will not have any issues at all using the E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System part # K71-652-00 on your trailer with 7,000 lb axles in regards to weight. This is just a guide more than anything. The most important thing you need to make note of is the dimensions of the equalizer.
If you would like a set of actual shock absorbers which can be used with the above as well we have the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers for Tandem Axle Trailers part # RM-2460 which will do a great job of taking some of the bounce out of a loaded or unloaded trailer. This is then going to save your tires from premature failure as well as make for a better ride in the tow vehicle.
