Is DeeZee Truck Bed Mat # DZ86645 Custom Fit for 1980-1986 Ford F-150/250/350

Question:

Do you have any pictures the mat installed in a 1980-1986 7th Generation F150/250/350? It says it fits the 1975-1996 F-series but, I know the box dimension specs are not exactly the same just close for the 3 generations of trucks. Some boxes have two gas tank filler indents some only have one. Each generation of model year change have slightly varying dimensions. I have a 1984 long box with dual gas tanks and I would like to see one in an actual 1980-1986 F 250 so that I am not disappointed. Thanks

I checked with DeeZee and verified that the Truck Bed Mat # DZ86645 you referenced is custom designed and confirmed to fit a 7th generation (1980-1986) Ford F-Series pickup as long as it has the 8 foot bed. As you mentioned in your question the exact bed dimensions differ a bit for the F-Series through the model years this mat is designed to fit but the differences simply haven't been enough to cause any type of issue with regards to it matching up to the size and contours of the bed surface.

Unfortunately we do not have any pictures or videos of this being used on a 7th generation Ford truck. I did however do a quick online search and was able to find a couple specific customer reviews on this mat, one on a 1985 Ford F-150 and one on an even older 1975 model, and both stated that the mat fit perfectly.
