How Much Horsepower and Torque Will the Flashpaq F5 Give a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban

I have a 2016 Suburban with a 5.3. Would like to know 2 things. 1. How much horsepower can I add with the superchip programmer alone? 2. Can i use the superchip programmer to disable my fuel management system?
