The Saris Bones 3 Bike Carrier # SA801BL has anchor straps and coated clips that attach the carrier to your vehicle that simply need to be tied up so they don't have the extra strap flapping in the wind. For this bike rack you may also consider using a cable lock like # e98891.
We have one bike rack that uses straps/cables that retract into the rack itself so no further securing is needed. It is the Thule OutWay 3-Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # TH56BV. This bike rack has the integrated bike rack lock and cable lock. I've attached a couple videos to assist.
With either option if you have any bikes that don't have the top frame rail, I recommend the Swagman Bike Adapter Bar # 64005 to give you that top frame rail between the seat post and handlebars for level transport and ground clearance.
