is there a converter to go from a 4 wire motorcycle to 5 wire trailer?

Yes, the converter you'd need is the part # 118158. This is designed to take combined circuits like you have on you motorcycle (referring to stop and turn being carried on same circuit) and separates them out so that you have a stoplight circuit on it's own wire. You'd want to install this on your trailer's wiring and you'd be set.
