Have 235/85R16 CR960A Westlake Tires on my Grand Design 2018 Solitude 5-er What is the recommended maximum tire temperature I need to set on my TPMS system?

I would set your alarm at 167 degrees on any tire including your 235/85R16 Westlake tires # LHWL410. Overheating is the primary cause of tire blow outs, so it is wise to have a monitor.
