The surest way to confirm the year and model of your RV is to find the VIN and contact the manufacturer who can look it up and confirm the details of its production date and included features. Usually the styling features of trailers that are 30-years apart in age will be pretty obvious unless someone did an amazing restoration job on a 1989 and made it look like a 2019. This would be both hard to do and expensive.

It is also possible that the RV dealer had a paperwork issue and mixed up the documentation. Again, finding the 17-digit VIN on the trailer (please see the linked example) and checking it with the manufacturer should remove any doubt about what you purchased. Trailer VINs are sometimes stamped into the frame or they can appear on a sticker or plate near the tongue area. You can also take some photos and submit them to Keystone.
