For the tire size of 5.30-12 with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern I recommend the tire and wheel # TA26RR. This is a radial tire on a steel wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern like you need. I recommend this because it has a tire with a higher speed rating of 81 mph.
