Correct Spare Tire Bike Rack a 2007 Toyota RAV4
Question:
The mounting bracket Spare Ride 8002599 doesnt fit my 2007 Toyota Rav 4. Is there another mounting bracket I can purchase to fit?

I do have an option for you but I checked with Yakima and it looks like the Yakima SpareRide 2 Bike Rack part # Y02599 is not a confirmed fit for your 2007 Toyota RAV4 which is most likely why you are having so much trouble with it. However, for a similar option we have the Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Rack part # TH963PRO which is a confirmed fit and has the same two bike capacity as the Yakima SpareRide. It also has a bike rack lock just like the Yakima SpareRide as well.
There is actually an install video of this rack on a similar 2009 Toyota RAV4 which I have attached for you.
