Rotary engines create quite a bit of heat and are incredibly loud which requires the exhaust components to be made from thicker steel. The Magnaflow # MF14863 that you referenced would work for you as it's made from a double-wall stainless steel construction which will cut down on the noise and hold up to the heat.
