The manufacturer does not provide these specs so I went out to our warehouse and measured the 3 Bike Hitch Mount Folding Rack w/ Rotating Shank part # 63123 for you. While using this bike rack with the 2" stinger, the distance from the center on the hitch pin hole to the center of the first cradle is 18-1/2", 24" for the middle cradle, and 29-1/2" for the last cradle (furthest away from the vehicle). While using the bike rack with the 1-1/4" stinger the above measurements will need to be added by 1".
If you like, you can add locks to this bike rack with part # 1480DAT for the rack and part # e98891 for the bikes. I have attached a photo with these measurements for you as well to avoid any confusion.
