Reese 5th Airborne Pin Box Compatibility with Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch
Question:
Reese pin box cant fit demco hitch. I got a Reese 5th airborne 5AB-E1621-610 pin box on my trailer. I have demco autoglider with 14 inch travel. Now, the pin box fits on the hitch good but the adjustable catch brackets dont fit in. The pin box width and the auto slide it sits on are 2 different widths.

To use your 5th Airborne Premium Fifth Wheel Air Ride Coupler - 21,000 lbs Capacity # 5AB-E1621-610 on your Demco Hijacker AutoSlide you will need a capture plate. The Demco Hijacker Autoslide Locking Plate for Standard 5th Airborne Pin Boxes # DM6026 is what you need for this combination.
