Recommended Best Tuner for Towing and Fuel Economy on a 2015 Ford F-150 3.5 EcoBoost

Interested in the best tuner for towing when towing and fuel economy when unloaded. I’ve used Superchips brand tuners on vehicles in the past, but never on a gas motor. Which tuner is going to be the best of both worlds for a 2015 F-150 3.5 EcoBoost? Do they all require different octanes for different tunes or how does that work? How many different tunes are available in the various tuners?
