Your 215/75-15 tires are 27.7 inches diameter and have a width of 8.5 inches.
The Takmaster Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # TR20515D are good replacements measuring 27.17 inches diameter and 7.99 inches wide.
A better fit may be the Kenda Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10303 which is 28.4 inches diameter and 8.9 inches wide.
