The Rampage SuperBrite LED Tailgate Light Bar # RA960134 that you referenced is really a universal product that should work great on your 2019 Honda Ridgeline.
The light bar simply mounts with the included 3M tape between the rear bumper and tailgate. It uses a standard 4-Way connector for power so as long as your Ridgeline is equipped with a 4-Way flat trailer connector this will plug right in. If not you can add one with the Tekonsha T-One # 118778 that will plug into a factory port under the truck on the driver side. If you just have a factory 7-Way then you can replace the plug with the Hopkins Endurance # HM40920 that gives you both a 7-Way and 4-Way.
This will illuminate with the brake, turn, and running lights but not with the reverse lights.
