It can be rather difficult to give an exact answer on the correct lift spacer for air bags to use with a lifted truck as not all lift kits are the same. Therefore, measuring is needed to determine the correct size or you could always buy both and return the one you don't need. The reason for this is that although the manufacturer of the lift kit may state it is a 6" lift, most of the time it does not indeed lift the truck that much. Also, there is a factory rake so the kit could also lift/level therefore the lift in the rear would not be as much as the front.

I have attached a clip from Air Lift's site that states the above but also gives where to measure so you can be sure you get the correct lift spacer. It it turns out you need a 4" spacer then you can use part # AL52440 but if you need a 6" spacer you will need both part # AL52440 and part # AL52420. For reference, the air spring included with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57200 for 4WD models or part # AL57228 for 2WD models is 6" tall.
