Are SumoSprings Helper Springs a Good Suspension Enhancement Option for a 2019 Ford F-150

Question:

ARe the sumosprings a good option for a 2019 f-150? I tow a trailer and it isn't super heavy but would like a bit of stabilization and something that works well but i really don't want to mess with it a lot. I'd like to install it and not really have to worry about it any more.
